There are total 265 seats in M.I.T. for engineering and pharmacy stream. 75% of seats are reserved for the candidates selected through B.C.E.C.E. and 15% that of for the candidates selected through J.C.E.C.E.

About B.C.E.C.E.

The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (BCECEB) has been constituted by the Government of Bihar in accordance with the Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Act 1995. The Board presently conducts Combined Competitive Entrance Examinations for admission in Graduate level Vocational Courses in Engineering, Medical and Agricultural streams available in the Universities, Colleges and Institutions of the State of Bihar as well as those situated outside Bihar against State Quota seats. The Board also conducts Post Graduate Medical Admission Test (PGMAT) for admission in Post Graduate Medical Course in Medical Colleges of the State of Bihar. The Board from this year, is going to conduct Combined Entrance Competitive Examination for admission in various Polytechnic, Para Medical-Dental (Matric Level) and Para Medical (Intermediate Level) courses in Government or Government Recognized Institutions in the State of Bihar.
