Greetings from team E&R Campus Connect!
We are pleased to announce Aspirations2020 an online programming contest for engineering and MCA students of our partners and recruitment colleges. This is being organized by the E&R Campus Connect team in partnership with ILI and Recruitment. Aspirations2020 is a platform to transform students into competent professionals.
This program has been introduced by Infosys as a part of its Campus Connect initiative to bring together the best of Indias engineering talent in an environment where they will learn, enjoy and win accolades.
Aspirations2020 will encourage the spirit of competitiveness and accelerate learning through extra-curricular activities, within the student community. This event will help students of our colleges to foster problem solving and algorithmic thinking abilities.
Aspirations2020 is based on the Internet technology assisted Online Programming contest.
Highlights:
Participation by about 470 Colleges across 20 states in India (during Sep 2009 Mar 2010)
Over 70, 000 students expected to participate online
Contest to take place in 5 stages : Teaser, college, inter-college, DC finals, National finals
100% eco friendly, go-green / paper less contest
Most of the winners / runners up of the previous contests in 2007, 08, 09 were placed in Infosys & other companies. Most of the previous 49, 700 participants said that they had developed enhanced problem solving skills and were prepared to face market challenges.
