MIT Muzaffarpur recorded a highest ever placement this year with more than 75 students getting selected in various organizations till date. Leading companies like Satyam computers, Tata Project, BEML, Simplex infrastructure, etc. visited the institute for campus selection. The placement figure is expected to cross 100 numbers as many more companies are scheduled to visit the institute. You can get the list of selected students HERE

In order to provide the better lab environment for Information Technology students and internet connectivity to all the MITians, 50 new Pentium 4 PCs were installed in MIT recently. This will help the students to learn programming skills and other softwares and hardware. Broad-band connection through VSAT is also in pipeline and is expected to arrive this year. This will fulfill the requirement of internet connection in the hostels.
